A key characteristic of her approach is working in partnership with clients to develop practical business improvement solutions which not only add value, but enable clients to achieve their business objectives and sustain their improvement programmes.

She has a successful track record of delivering sustainable process and performance improvements and has considerable experience of integrating and managing change & improvement programmes.

She has a professional and pragmatic approach to creating and delivering business improvement solutions and consulting services across diverse market sectors, including Energy Services, IT Business Systems, Communications, Corporate Professional Services, Transportation Systems, Medical Engineering and Magnetic Technology.

Neil Easton

Neil has extensive programme and project planning/management experience gained across multiple industries and technical disciplines.

A key characteristic of his approach is to develop and continuously improve project processes which help to mitigate project risks.

Neil has solid, practical management skills with a strong team focus. He has breadth and depth of experience delivering technical projects to global multicultural customers across the Telecommunication, Computing, Broadcast and Oil and Gas industries.
